Headphone fit

Maybe those who have used different brands of phones can help me. I have a set of GG phones I've owned for -6-7 years. My biggest complaint is that they too tight on my noggin. I recently bought a CTX and the phones that came with it are too loose of a fit. I haven't had a chance to try other phones yet. What phones fit and feel the best?

I started out with the phones that came with the detector and they worked good, but they fit ON my ears and after a couple hours it started to hurt. I then went with a set of Koss phones that fit over my ears, problem solved for me. I also noticed I had less outside noise with the fit over phones rather than the other ones that compressed your ears.
