Looks like its time to put the CTX away for the winter. Its 28 degrees and snowing like nobodies biz. Went out on Christmas eve and only found one silver Rosie and a couple bucks in clad. Pretty lame way to end the season.....

ONLY 1!? That would make my season! Lol... Better luck next season.

Why put it up? 28* and snow? Thats how it was here all day. It just means for the most part not many if any ppl at the park. Grounds not frozen, just have to deal with the moisture and the wet soil. I had fun today tectin in the winter weather.

You could always send it to me in Florida:lol::lol: we only hang our detectors up to drip dry:laughing: I will make sure it stays in working order and keep it warm for you. Just think, it will give you more room in the closet:yes::D:yes: Happy New Year.....cliffy.

You definitely have high standards - that would be a great hunt for me!

I'm in the same boat - snow on the ground everywhere. Looks like I won't be able to get out for a while. Time to look at new detectors...
