The sport is named Parkour and the person in that video is Damien Walters, a very accomplished practitioner of parkour. BTW, he also happens to be a Hollywood stuntman.

oh yeah if you like it get on youtube and look up parkourlots and lots of cool stuff these ppl run for hours and hours and tons of training but its so awsome
