Took a short dive in the Detroit River today. Water is way high and still cold and dirty. I was diving here last year on May 1st. This is strange weather this year. Spent less than 2 hours underwater and had enough. Best find was the small lead tank. Silver chain wasn't bad either. Visibility about a foot at best.
Going to three marina's this week. A huge gold ring in one and 3 pair of expensive sunglasses in another. I know the water in them is warmer. Next week is supposed to be warm. Hopefully this river will warm up soon!
