Went to a new site today. The guy that lives near there took us out and showed us where everything was, school, church and house foundations galore. All you can see now are stone foundations and bottles everywhere. I kept a few of the bottles that were from local towns, I didn't have much room in my pouch because of all the junk I was digging. The pic is the only good find but I know there has to be tons of good stuff out there.

Lots of trash to get through, but most of it is old trash. Lots of old can tops, beaver tail type and bottle caps. I mostly just looked around today, I think I'll try to clean up one foundation at a time ... there are a lot of them.

Would have to see a side view, but looks like a Korean War era "domed" collar disk to me.
