Girl Scout emblem

I've had this around for some time knowing In the back of my mind I'd seen the symbol somewhere, then it hit me like a case of chocolate covered mint cookies!! It's a Girl Scout something, just not sure what. The top photo is of a current example.

The fleur-de-lis has been used as a decorative accent for quite some time. I'm thinking that item you found is a decorative piece to something and not scout related.
