Just getting started with a new metal detector... Located in Tucson, Az.
Using a Fisher F4. Open to any suggestions on where to use the detector in the Tucson area. Tell me what you have found !

Any clubs out there?

Hello Skyranchaz-

From Henderson/Las Vegas Nevada here. I've had good luck looking up old railroad stops etc. in my area. Just be aware that there is an antiquities act out west where BLM has issue with you taking any man made object over 100 years old...that would include a 1912 penny :(

Some people count on the fact that most of the LE Rangers wont mess with you but if one of the interp. or anthro. scientist complain you can be assured you'll hear from an LE Ranger.

Just use common sense and know the rules and regs and then follow them for the area you are in.
