Hey everyone,
Here are some highlights from two metal detecting hunts last week. Found 6 silver coins, a cool old token, and a Chinese cash coin minted between 1736-1795.
Hope you’re all having a great weekend.
Jason

Wow , Sweet !!! Had you ever found any from the 1800s ??

I found one of those about 4 years ago, none since.....I hear they are quite plentiful .....
Btw,.......
I always wanted to ask, how do you find so many marbles???

The count continues to rise. Congrats Jason on a couple more successful outings, the 6 Silver's, the Chinese Coin and another pile of Wheat's. You never cease to amaze. Trapper

What did they make on Spring St? :D

I think the token is my favorite of the grouping however the silvers and wheats are very nice finds too! That’s a cool cash coin as well, I’ve only found one, happy I have! Congrats on some really good hunting there!

Wow, another great week. You're killin it Jason. That token is sweet, anything on the back ?Good luck Mark
Thanks Mark, I appreciate it. I attached the front of the token.
Cool token, your soil is kind to aluminum!
Thank you. The token is brass, but aluminum tokens can vary on condition depending where they are found.

Thanks buddy. Here is the front of the token. It was made pre 1935 because they changed their name after that.

Thanks! 1800’s? Yes on cache coins and plenty of 1800’s US coins. As for the marbles, I just keep my eyes on the ground in old lots and in parks with gopher activity.
Nice going Jam!
Thanks
Nice finds
