Got my first 24K/.9999 Ring find in yrs

I got this 24k ring, it was marked .9999 it weighs 12.3 grams. We found a spot with a lot of sand removed from the past storms...we were pulling 100's of coins, mostly clads but many silver and old coppers mixed in. We got V & BUFF's, indian heads, barber quarters & dimes, along with newer silvers. The place was just loaded with heavy targets...in the 2 5 hour hunts I dug over about a 100 bullets. I got a couple silver rings and a silver watch chain. also...here is the ring. Found with the DUAL FIELD PI

Was this revere or you heading even further north?.

I didn't even know they made 24k rings..would bend like lead.

That's an incredible find for sure .. I knew they made 22k but didn't think you could make one 24k due to the softness ..

If you want to sell it and you can verify it's legit then I would be very interested as I like the letter on the front- BP would be better but hunters can't be choosy

No I have been hunting up in the Merrimac river mouth area..I don't hunt much around the city till summer time. The Salisbury area and North is easy cause I live closer to 495.

Craig I'll post some more latter in the week I got a bucket of lead,bullets, old buckles, a bunch of greenies, the silver is soaking in tarnex.

Ring was tested and it was .9999 just as marked. It was also hit with a torch to make sure there was no other metal inside it...it has been sold already times have been tough a chunk of cash like that was not going to waste sitting in my safe...it was very very soft!! would bend up easy just by hand pressure.

I did very well...lots of gold hoarders out there willing to pay almost spot. Already spent most of the cash on my wifes truck repair...filled both our trucks gas tanks...And bought a few boxes of .38's for my pistol.

I get mostly old stuff, I 99% of the time hunt water only...I hunt older spots where people use to swim. I try to hunt the negative tides and look for ruts and valleys out in the water....if your truly interested I'll give you a chance at my stuff before I sell it.
