I don't, but that thing would look cool if you ran it through an electrolysis tank. Hard to find (for me anyway) old iron that has two moving parts like that.
I haven't cleaned it yet but the piece on the ring appear to have a hole in it as if it could have a shaft inserted in it.. I won't know for sure until I can clean on it. I was thinking it may have been used as a wagon or some sort of harness..
