How To open a New Club..

I want to join a detecting club but the closest one I can find is like a 100 miles away, How would I go about opening a new club for my area (Sedalia & Clinton Missouri)...I know there are many other people around here that metal detect, that I believe would join..Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Theres one near Warrensburg, Mo.. about 30 or so miles from me But no club.
