Found this ? at 1700's farm field

Not sure what this could be. It has no dates,letters or numbers. Same picture on front and back. This is not flat,its thicker in the center and its about quarter size. Fairly heavy and has no place where a necklace would attach. Edges are pretty smooth.

The design looks medieval to me. A greyhound. the disc could be a pendant, that was wrapped in a frame which has either dteriorated or fallen away out of the setting
