I went to my regular spot today, got out later than I would have liked, but hey I got out. Wasn't really expecting too much and that's what I was finding at first. The first was a couple of wheats, and then I hit the Rosie. A few more wheats and then came the ring, and after resting a little out came the Mercury. I have pounded this place to death, and in all kinds of soil conditions. I am truly amazed at what still comes out of this place. The ring is marked Ster+1/60 14kt gold. Smallest ring I have ever seen! Rang up at around 74ish on the ATPRO, so I'm guessing it is gold plated silver. Would love to take about afoot off this place:laughing: HH ALL!!

I found a ring about that size around an early 1800's stone house. After doing some research I read that it was pretty common for wealthy families to give their children gold jewelry. Congratulations on a cool find!
