Sensitivity on Whites TRX?

My TRX will be here on Saturday; too late for the hunt that day, darn it! I saw that you can adjust the sensitivity on it, and being the male Marine that I am, of course I want to max that puppy out. But, is my thinking wrong on that? What have you folks found to be the best depth setting for it?

I just bought one and it has four sensitivity settings. The default setting is #3.
It's somewhat tricky to change the sensitivity settings and there are no instructions on how to do it in the owners manual. Some say the thing falses somewhat at max sensitivity. As for me I'll leave the setting where it is.

I always run maxed out, and touch the tip to the ground and tap the button once to detune/ground balance if it wants to chatter.

I run maxed out all the time except when soil does not allow me.

I always have it on max sens . easy to pinpoint thru the grass to get right on top of your target .. Love it !!
