Went detecting with a friend today at a church across the street from my house we just gained permission for.
My buddy was hogging all the wheat cents, but I eventually got the find of the day.
1878 Indian Head penny. The coin is older than the town. Was only a couple inches deep too.
Also found my biggest coin spill to date. 19 pennies, 3 quarters, and a dime all within 12 inches of each other.
