A little 417 along with an interesting silver ring!

Hit some of my usual spots over the weekend during low tide to see if anything opened up in the wet sand. Took a lot of walking but eventually came across a few producing pockets. Pulled a very interesting looking silver ring and shortly after a gold ear ring that fell apart by the welds while I was handling it trying to find the hallmark. When I got home I was able to see the "417" mark on the hook with my loop, total weight 1.3 grams of 10k. On the silver ring, it bears the maker's mark "OMNIA", did some quick research and found out it retails for $395! http://www.omniaoddities.com/#!/TheOracle/p/91844171/category=6117992 Its the sterling silver one with the "Black Hole Nebula" crystal ball..

Clad total came out to a decent $10.91.

That is a strange looking silver ring... maybe it belonged to a witch :D Good job on the gold earring it all adds up :)
 
Nice Finds there Slim! for the welds to be failing it had to be in the water a looong time! Good rescue as well as a good find. Congrats

Yea Craig I was thinking the same thing! very strange ring indeed, the poor girl that wore it probably sizzled up from being out on the sunny beach :D

:dingding: Congrats on the yellow and a VERY nice clad haul! I hope its not too late but that silver ring looks like it could be entered in Kapi's Ugly Ring contest. Very bizarre looking - maybe Craig's correct with it belonging to a witch. :lol:

Thanks Jerry! Yea man I hear yea, good spots are few and far between, very little erosion goin on if any at all. Gonna head out tomorrow for low tide to see If the recent small storm had any effect...
