This is what I've seen circulating around. Apparently an Xterra replacement or slot in the middle. And I think the other detector coming out this year is a counter mine machine. So doesn't look like any CTX or Excal replacement this year unfortunately.

Doesn’t mention salt setting. Once damp some beaches really light up and can make a detector without a salt setting chatter

What I got from that video is the guy was initially using the Vanquish wrong. It wasn't until he threw the machine down that the targets just started literally jumping out of the ground! Man! I CANT WAIT to get one of THESE!
