A friend of mine found this in Kansas at a field edge while spraying the field. He said it was next to an old wagon wheel that had been uncovered by erosion. Any help would be great. Not the best picture, but hoping someone knows what it is. I did not get a picture of the back before he left, but the loop was still intact, and it would move. He tried to pick the wagon wheel up out of the dirt, but he said the wood spokes just turned to dust when he did, he left the metal frame where it was. I am thinking of going to this site to detect.
