It seems there's more than one way to skin a cat but it looks like that may put some extra stress on the knob if you go past the set points on the dial.

Thank you Sexton I might do this to mine, it would remain waterproof while diving this way and keep it all a one handed procedure.

It was a sweet design and SS cable from speaking to him. Same issue thou..... plastic switch on the Pot. for someone not hunting a lot in PP it would be great, but with Joe, ML and Marty PPer its a little behind the times. Have you seen Marty's new splitter design coming out of the cap? One wire into cap with CTX connector......splitter which goes to headphones and PPer. Could eliminate the need for a separate cap.....hed use yours. Im waiting on Joe or someone to come up with a way to attach the PPer inside to the board without removal of the board.
