I'm searching for a stainless steel North American arms .22 pistol that got dropped in the water under a boat dock.. the dock is built on 6 inch steel pipe.. can I make a program to pick up the pistol but not the steel pipes? I have a pistol like it to test with. Thanks

If it was droped recently just dive and look for it

Agree with MattLock.
But no, steel is steel and if you discriminate out the steel pipe, you will lose the stainless steel pistol
