Joe, try Seaside after 5pm when the Lifeguards leave, its free to get on and I have yet to come home empty handed. I go a little before 5 to see where the people are. Theres plenty of beach for all to detect on

I plan to do my parents yard while the wife is shopping. Dad lost a bolt off the lawn mower, so I'll see if I can find it-should just be under the grass and not visible, and maybe dig other stuff if anything good comes up.

We are suppose to get it tonight in East TN. Digging the ground in most spots has been like digging in concrete because the heat we've had over the past month has baked the ground.
I mowed yesterday and couldn't see for the dust clouds!
