Not sure what this is. About 1/8 inch thick.

Lead acid battery plate.

After working most of my life manufacturing batteries,I can
confirm it.It is a negative lead plate from a battery.Most probably
from an old camera flash.These batteries were transparent plastic
and 2 cells / 4 volts each.

Cool! I googled images of Lead acid battery plates and it definitely is what I have.
