You a plane spotter as well? I read an article recently in Popular Mechanics (the South Africa edition) about Plane Spotting as a hobby.

Les is a Police Officer at an airport in Nova Scotia. But he might be a plane spotter too.

Must be an interesting job flying those to help put fires out.

Plenty of plane spotters over here in the UK, it's also very popular in the Netherlands. Airshows are very well attended, although hugely expensive to get in to.
I used to really look forward to the Mildenhall airshow, but they finished back in 2001

It was often the only chance to see the latest aircraft.

Alan, do you go to the Farnborough Airshow... that and the Paris Air show are really the largest in the world...alternate years. My company always exhibits at those shows... RickO
