Howdy all...I'm Rob from Tacoma. New to detecting, have a crappy entry level detector that works for me...have only dug my yard and a few parks/schools and all my finds are treasure. I am in this for the history, fun, and exercise. Thanks for having me.
 
Nope. Don't even know what that is, nor have I been on it in for a while. Can you provide a link to said video so I can see?

Oldest find- 1958 wheat penny.
 
I will track it down...just a guy digging up in that area (Tukwilla) and he found a '58 wheatie...
 
Actually, that is the oldest coin I have found, but not find now. I had an opportunity to detect at an old mining camp in Idaho this past weekend. Found some awesome old stuff. I changed my signature. ;-)
