Wow! That must have been dropped fresh from the mint! Nice Stander.

Just noticed that's a key date. Nice score!

Found these SLQ's at a old fairgrounds. Beautiful coins.

I've found a few SLQ's but all have been pretty worn.

Now this seated quarter is probably the nicest coin I've ever dug.

I found this SLQ 7-8 years ago back in the oil fields where there was mixed housing of chinese and american workers. It was a treasure trove of coins as I found 10+ of the chinese coins from the 1600's as well as many silvers. I went to find the coin today (I thought it was in my safe) and I can't find it:mad:. You may be the last folks to see it.
It is/was in near perfect condition 5" down found with my old Whites MXT.

Beautiful coins all, my poor stained dug Washingtons aren't worth posting in this company so I'll just appreciate your beauties!

Not very old, but pulled this from under a bench at an old small town baseball field. I couldn't believe it's condition. Only cleaned it with water.

Here's a few older quarters...took 10 minutes to dig this Barber out from 8" down in a dirt road... this Seated was from the front lawn of a mansion built in 1864, now a private girl's high school... this Spanish quarter, or 2 Reale...came from a waterfront park and was only 3-4 inches deep in the grass
