Default Silver Coin #1, Silver Ring #2, Wheat #3

Fun little hunt on the way home from work. Hitting the park strips in the old part of town. First Silver Coin of the year is a war nickel, but I'll take it. I actually love war nickels. The silver ring is interesting too. Thanks for looking!

I think that silver ring is set with petrified wood??

Congrats man, you're killin' it! All I ever find on the city curbstrips is clad and the occasional wheat or junk ring.

Thanks! You will notice I found my share of clad too. I was actually up near the Capitol Building.

You're doing well at curbstrips ! All mine are only clad...stripped of all the goodies.

I seem to remember that stone being called cats wye but I could be wrong. Either way itís very cool.

Yep I was right, in the fact that I was wrong. Not a cats eye from the pics on line so disregard everything except ďVery coolĒ man Iím glad thatís all straightened out now.
