Hey, forum friends! I haven't been detecting in at least a year. I began writing novels a couple of years ago (it's a hobby that actually PAYS MONEY). So I've been way out of practice.
Anyhow ... I really got the hankering to dig today. It's uncharacteristically warm and beautiful. The ground is wet and super soft.
I got permission to dig an early 1900's house on the "older" side of town. Lots of junk, iron, and competing signals. But my old E-Trac still sniffed out 4 silvers, a cool old token, two wheaties and 11 modern coins. I finally got tired of digging pennies.
So even though I haven't gotten my Lesche dirty in a year or more, I still got the silver hunter in me!
