I love my homemade economy straight shaft...thanks CanSlaw! For just under $70, I got the materials to build this and another one. I couldn't imagine ever using a stock shaft again. Since I'm 6'5" with crooked elbows, it's great to be able to put everything just where you want it. This beast takes up the front and back seat of my Focus! Can't wait to get started on my second one...gonna build it to accomodate my Prizm and Compadre!
