Default First Day Decting (with PICS)

Two days of decting on our land in Star, MS. Several old house sites and a lot of finds. Did find a couple of buttons but no coins yet!

You will do well in this wonderful hobby. You have shown that you have the patience and persistence needed, plus being a hard worker. There are a lot of first in those pics.

Looks like a lot of relics and trash there, so coins should still be around. Good luck, keep us updated!

I have found lots of those plow tips here in NC. I generally leave them on site, but have been thinking of keeping the cooler ones with writing on them.

Nice finds and way to clean out that iron! The layer of silver coins underneath should be detectable soon....

Congrats on the relics!!!! Relics + buttons = silver.... it's there but just a little harder to find than the big iron.....keep it up and you'll find some......
