I was out and about yesterday and spied this next to the sidewalk near a school campus. I thought about just chucking it in a nearby trash can (can't be more than a few grams, after all), but I didn't mess with it, just called the local constabulary to come get it. The cop said, "Man, that's skunky, going to stink up my trunk for the rest of my shift." :laughing:

Many years ago my grandmother found a bag with some seeds in it on the edge of her street. She didn't know what they were so she planted them. When they came up she asked me what it was. I was able to tell her and she was embarrassed and wanted to chop them up. Instead we called in the sheriff and they dug them up. There were 32 healthy plants about 2" tall. They used them for drug education at the schools.
