Yes, i've had the GM5 and the later GM5+, there good relic machines, anything in particular you want to know?

I'll be getting the 5 very soon. How is it in trashy parks? I have the 9 and 12 in.coils

It wouldn't be my choice, the original GM5 only discs out small iron and there's no number ID, the latest GM5+ can disc or tone break to any point on the scale, it has a number ID, better audio, but no notch.
Nice fast machine, fairly deep, it alerts you to targets better than most, finds really small stuff in 18khz.
Be sure you buy from an approved GM dealer or GM might not honour the warranty.

I got mine in a trade. They say the 5 and 5+ have the same depth.

In my soil the 5+ was defo deeper, the 8khz was improved greatly.
