recomended settings for fisher f5

Hi I am a newb that just got a fisher f5 what are the recomended settings I had it to all metal mode and just cant seem to get it dialed in this is my first detector people were not lying when they say this thing chatters like crazy on the - setting it seems to be fine but the higer you go all chatter.

Im starting to get the hang of it its all about the ground balance I found 3 pennies in my yard and some trash and a remington 22 caseing.

Do a search on this forum about the Fisher F5 and IIRC posts/threads from user ProfleMoi, it will probably give you some insight.

Enjoy your new tool and give yourself the time to acclimate yourself to it, don't do difficult grounds at first and maybe make yourself a test garden so you can experiment how different settings affect the F5s response.
