.......no one could say they weren't warned !
Unless it's someone that can't read, so maybe they need to also have a picture sign that shows a picture of someone entering thru the gate followed by an equals sign = and a picture of that person behind bars
And if that's not enough, a motion sensor device that starts a recording saying what that sign says
