Gti 2500

I don't know anything about the new ones but I love my old one. It is probably my favorite detector and it balances out well and you don't notice the extra weight. Other than being waterproof, it has most of the features of the other detectors as well as an image scan that shows about what the size of the object is.

I had a 2500.. 10 years ago and the sizing and depth were unreliable. When you dug a plug and scan the hole it showed a different size and depth.

the gti is old and outdated technology I honestly dont know why garratt has not obsoleted it. You could do alot better with a nox 600 for half the money

Someone just posted the reason Garrett still sells the GTI is because it can be used with a 2-box setup. That setup is aimed at super deep and often large objects structures rather than coin, relic or jewelry hunting.
