I had permission to hunt our mayors yard, he is a family friend. His house isn't that old, 1930s but I gave it a shot anyway, ended up with silver #16, a 1927 Merc. Also had a neat pocket spill, 3 IHPs, a 1890, 1893, and a 1907, after i took the picture I stuck my carrot in the hole and found 2 wheaties, a 1910, and a 1913, 2 of the IHPs were stuck together and when I toothbrushed one it was still a copper brown color! Thought that was pretty cool. Ended with 6 more wheaties.

Nice little hunt you had there! I'm happy when I dig one IH let alone three in the same hole! I would pound that yard.....gotta be some more oldies.

Congrats Digger on a very nice outing and recovering the Merc , the Indians and all those Wheat's. Nice to have such powerful connections that may aid you in opening a few doors. Trapper

Very nice! Finding one IHP is nice, a bunch like that is outstanding....
