Not generally a heavy engraving fan, but that's a great pistol, and the engraving is very well done.

The old 835 got a new EOTech Holographic sight this year , also got an adjustable cheek riser to keep the cheek slap down , those 3.5" turkey loads kick

I could not pass it up for $300, and I enjoy the older revolvers. Also got my new photo host site figured out.

This gun stays on my nightstand for when things go bump in the night. It's a Pedersoli 20 gauge smooth bore pistol, aka howdah pistol. If I ever have to use it, I imagine the conversation with 9-1-1 going something like this-
911- what is your emergency?
I just shot an intruder.
911- do you need medical?
No, but you better send a fire truck.

That thing is crazy! With barrels that short it must just spray that shot in a wide swath.

I have not tested it for accuracy or spread. I haven't gotten past the blowing up fruit and water bottles with heavy loads yet.

For years I've kept a 12ga Rossi Coach Gun by the bed (among others).
Anyone else purchase surplus when they come up? I’ve made the drive to Ohio for past offerings and will definitely be in on this one too, although I won’t be making the drive. This is definitely one of my favorites.
