Silver ring and silver bling

Had a little time to hit a park in a rather rough part of town and pulled a 925 ring and a piece of bling that tests good for silver. I couldn't find the other broke part from the cross sadly.

I also managed to get $3.02 in clad and quite a few pieces from an old cap gun.

Thank you sir! I'll probably hold onto it since it's my first silver ring. Can you tell me what it is? Kind of looks like it is a rebel flag kind of deal but the stones don't add up for that to be correct?
