Headed out freestyle diggin today on the eastern shore in Maryland. As I was crossing the bay bridge a giant wad of seagull bird turd splattered all over my hood and windshield. The first thing I wondered was if this was luck and it was.
I finally got my first Indian then second. Next was a battle through lots of roots and mud very hard to find but the flash confirmed why.. It was a tiny half dime "sweet". Its A 1902 Canadian found in Maryland, does that count as a coin? (just kidding). Also got a 44 merc I believe.
This spot must have been hit because There was hardly any clad.
Next time you go out digging you should find some seagulls, put food on your car on till they poo and start diggin. You will find silver!
