yesterday i found 9 buckles ( beating the previous record by 2 ) all at one cellar site . i'm thinking they are from mid 1800's to around 1900 man do they give off a good coin like sound . also got what i think is a very worn silver three cent piece , the other stuff is from last weekend the coin is a king george 2 copper very badly worn but i managed to get a date of 1731 from it anyone got any ideas on the age of the bullets

Nice! You just need some leather to attach those bucles to!

Great finds Del! I wish I had some old cellar holes to detect in my area. Seems like they produce some very nice finds. Can anyone tell me why cellar holes would have so many buckles? :?:

That's where the serial killer takes all the victims clothes and buries them in the cellar. Thought everyone knew that
