spanish doubloon?

My sister in law sent me these pictures via her phone and asked me if I could find a value of it. I have no idea so I told her I would post the pics here. She said that she has a couple of them and someone offered her $20 for each one. I told her not to sell them until I could find out more info.

It's looks like a genuine Spanish Real Cob. Probably mid 1700s or earlier. They are silver and irregular. The loop looks soldered on to make the necklace. Hard to tell without seeing it First hand
 
Where did your sister in law get them...It looks real from the pic but if she bought these odds are theyre fake...Spanish cobs are probably the most counterfited coins in the world...Ebay has them by the thousands..I Guarantee almost all are fakes
 
Just doesn't seem right....maybe a little too thick, too....
