anyone metal detect the the battle of middle creek in Pikeville? It took place in January 10th 1862 92 men was lost that day. Thank they was over 4600 soldiers total in the area

I'm pretty sure the battlefield is protected but around it I'm pretty sure you can try to locate a camp or where they marched.
