I found these 2 on my maiden voyage with my ctx 3030 at an old cattle farm in Alabama. There is an old house built in 1897 on the property and these were found in 2 separate fields close to the house. The first one is stamped Brock and Co. Los Angeles and 3249B. Brock and Co was a jeweler in the early 1900’s that shut down in the 1960’s. Part of it looks silver plated but I have no idea. The second piece I really have no clue. It has a green patina on some parts. The clip type band on the back is very flimsy and bendable. The mesh is cut square on the back. Any help would be appreciated.

The first item reminds me of a bell. The rusty part on top for a handle or mounting and inside for the clapper.
Maybe it was a two piece bell (never seen one but) and this part is just the top.
