Ive used a racer 2 as a loaner from a friend ..they are very good machines..in iron they shine!

Although I haven't personally owned one, my hunting partner ran around with a Racer II for awhile. And I agree that it was good in ghost-townsy iron conditions. I was impressed. It also seemed to hold itself well on the wet salt beach, the single time I saw him try it there.
Not sure how effective it is for other type cherry picking TID needs.
