Default First for me with silver to boot

After snow melted hit my pounded out park and decided since I have got all the silver I would dig for Indian heads. Well I guess the moisture has got everything ringing good. I got the wheat penny at 5 inches deep soon as I got out of the truck . The minie ball had a nail beside it and rang up 20/33 at 7 inches. Instead of my first Indian Head got my first minie ball. Not much later got that 1940 Mercury. It just kind of jumped out. Can't figure it out, seems like I have been over that same spot many times. Didn't get an Indian Head though . Lol.
