Default A couple of happy new treasure hunters

My two boys on Xmas morning. Got out for about an hour yesterday before it started to rain. Just found trash so far but they had a good time and are looking forward to getting back out.

Right! I'm pretty sure my Life would have turned out much better had I got a detector at that age! Great gifts to get a young person interested in exploring and the wonderment of Nature out of the house! Well done JoeMags!

My girl is almost 6,..as soon as she gets big enough to comfortably swing one in a few years she will be getting her first. That is a great present,..wish somebody had done it for me as a kid ,..I mean what were they thinking.

Thanks everyone. I'm hoping they really get into it. I'd like nothing more than to pick one up for myself

We live just outside of Myrtle Beach so we're looking forward to using them at the beach too.
