Default Finally found my first cache of coins...

I'm excited because I finally found a cache
I think it was hidden by a kid and it isn't big but I still did the dance
The newest coin was a 1956 wheat penny and the oldest was a 1918 penny.
There is also silver, but I guess kids didn't carry much in those days

I forgot to mention that I found this at an old house about 3 feet from the front porch.

Awesome find! Actually finding something that was purposly hidden instead of just dropped is a thrill!

Really cool find, nice jar too! The kid probably had brothers and sisters he had to hide his money from. Congrats on the cache!

Yep! Thats a wonderful 'Kids Cache' alright! I once found 7 wheat pennies in a cigar tin buried underneath an old oak out in the woods...you could tell it was the perfect tree to build a tree house in, and all the nails confirmed that...Excellent find Plymouth!

That's really cool!
Once I found two buffs, two Mercs and a couple wheaties stacked in one hole.
That was a blast
