Default Garrett & Co Virginia Dare wine bottle

I found this in the woods today and thought it might be old, since it is embossed.

It says Garrett & Co Inc
Established 1835
Virginia Dare Wine
Registered US Pat Off.
Refilling Prohibited
NEW YORk
Contents 2/5 Pint

any ideas as to age?
