There is a few parts I couldn't help but laugh.
Neighbor called at what point ?
He dug until waist deep, then filled in his holes and left.
So what was response time a few hours? LOL!!
Blue tarp.. Dexter never used blue that I remember

At least the guy had permission - about 30 miles east of BC, one of my digging buddy's neighbors had a guy set up camp in the backyard of their (neighbor's) home in the city, and proceeded to dig a privy without permission -
