Yeah Woody,
You know what your problem is?
You always seems to be quick to condemn certain model of detectors.
You did it with Equinox, now the Anfibio.
Funny thing is you bought another EQX, and tried to say it was a faulty first Eqx you bought. Lol
Absolutely stunning.
And here was the part that took the cake.
You couldn’t on your own think about the poor soul you according to you offloaded a faulty EQx onto.
You had to be reminded.
So what about the EQX you sold first.
Did you contact the person, and if so was the unit faulty??
I’ll bet I can go find history threads here where you threw Deus under the bus too, and then rebought.
So, this thread here is really nothing but what I call a reindeer post.
I have no time for reindeer games.
Later.
Hold on here, lets wipe the mirror and let some of this smoke clear..Are you insinuating that my opinion on everything is beneath your opinion?Because after all this is just opinions.
A fact is what I posted in this opening thread, that there were and are amfibio machines for sale used after only being released 10 days ago. Those are facts, not opinions.
As for throwing machines under the bus,it is what it is.And yes I had either a faulty equinox or the upgrade made it a better machine, whatever way you want to look at it?
Forgive me if I don’t buy machines to write lengthy posts on how well they did in my nail test,or garden tests. That may be your cup of tea but it’s a waste of time to me.
Like I said earlier,I like Makro and think the racer and impact at great machines, all my threads about Makro are positive...Kruzer in my opinion from running it is a repackaged Impact, and from what I’m seeing the anfibio is also.
If you have a opinion on my opinion that’s fine, don’t make it fact. But no need to muddy the waters here with nonsense about other machines and take away from the infibio and why they’re up for sale used so qiuickly after release.
So,what do I think about Makro machines, from actual in field use? They work and some are outstanding.
When the red racer first was introduced a member raved over it so badly that I bought one pre order.Had many flaws in my opinion.
Then the racer 2 came and I bought one too.And it was just a great well laid out machine, and probably one of the best for my type of hunting still today. The Racer 2 is a fantastic machine.
Then came the Impact,I bought one and another fantastic machine, and not only performance,, but in my eyes on of the best looking machines made.
Then the kruzer ,I bought one..control buttons are too busy and in the way of each other.Recharging battery,I hate that.No more trigger pinpoint or ground balancing with a trigger cause it’s not there.Just a rushed out and not well thought out machine IN MY OPINION.
Now the infibio is out,Havent guini pigged it yet and I’m not sure it would be worth it over the used prices of a Impact.Dont forget I said I thought the impact was a outstanding machine in all aspects,,and I doubt the infibio brings anything to the table for ME the impact doesn’t already have.
I’m a coin hunter. Not a relic hunter who stumbles over a deep coin now And again and says look what this machine found at 14 inches deep. Two totally different classes and styles of hunting.
Just my opinions here of the machines by Makro I’ve owned and used in field coin hunting,Not tests in my yard.Your opinion may differ.
