OLD PLACES! Old homesites, old parks, even places that don't exist anymore. Fairgrounds from many years ago, In the water!! (ask scuba detector about that one!) think about it! :) Nice to meet you, and welcome to the forum!

and answer to your question..
"anyone have any suggestions of where to search?"
Anywhere there is ground! :D

jk.. no.. seriously.. read/search the message boards. I'm sure you'll come up with some ideas that will work in your area.

If your looking for some older coins, I have had good luck hunting the front yards of old houses between the driveway and the front door.

In Duluth there is an old park next to a small community center of sorts. Across the street there used to be a drug store and other retail and a lot of foot traffic. I found a bunch of clad there last fall (ACE 250!) and hadn't started trying the turf yet, but the soccer fields look very very good. A woman there told me about an older gent who used to detect there and would show her the SILVER his was finding. Sooo, I plan to go there sometime this summer yet except now I told you about it.

Oh well, if you didn't say you had gotten the ACE 250 I might have kept quiet.;)

Good Luck and let me know if you know where I'm referring to!

Thanks Bill, You just gave away all my secret places to hunt:lol::lol::lol:

Good Luck, Airlick, you will find we joke around a lot on this forum and try to have fun:D

Welcome to the forum!

Looks like all the places have been covered. If that's too long to remember, just remember that any place people put their hands in their pockets, or sit, or roll around, you will have a chance at finding some loot.
